Cj's snack bar and takeaway (formely the balarny stone cafe for 7 years) lease is up for sale. In the time We have had the cafe (and due to E.U. laws) we have made a number of changes that would benefit any future buyer e.g.

- Stainless steel work top
- Brand new extractor fan in the kitchen
- Brand new boxed in staircase (leading to store room and customer toilets)
- Brand new toilets (both men and womens toilets were completly ripped out and new ones were put in.
- New plates, knives, forks, spoons, pans, glasses etc
- New tables cloths and seat covers (changed in march 2008)
- Brand new hot water unit at the kitchen sink

On top of those changes we have made very positive changes to the bussiness also, bringing in and keeping a number of local regulars who come all year round, some of them coming twice a week.
We also are in a great location for tourist, the cafe is a 2 minute walk to finikoudes beach in larnaka.

We have space for 5 Large tables in side and in the summer we have around 10-12 tables outside, which would all be included in the price. There is a large store room upstairs also.


The cafe is a excellent opportunity as the location and the reputation we have built up brings people back time after time.
