Dunno ... we are still trying to figure out why a Scottish farmer poisoned my husband's Golden Retriever with Warfarin

A farmer? You sure it wasn't some guy from the docks?

Nope ... He lived in agricultural heartland. The farmers in Scotland leave Warfarin everywhere to kill off rats ... but this was left in my husband's barn, when the neighbouring farmer (no one else for miles) knew they had a dog

They shoot dogs if they get too close to their sheep also
