using england was just an example, but it happens everywhere america england france germany italy ... and the rest of them..

i noticed it happens mainly in limassol in cyprus where all the tourists are all the russians all the polish all the others that love pets and the few cypriot old men pioson them because they bark or annoy them or they do something to annoy them.. these people that poison the animals should face some sort of fine or something from the police

Thanks Get Real, I am in mourning, but I fear the Cypriot laughs at mourning for an animal. I can see as I have visited the Vet's over the last few day's, that there are a few Cypriots who love animals, but they are few, and are the educated. For now, I can't stand to look at any Cypriot, and will never forgive, they know what they are doing when they administer Lanate, what it does before the animal dies, that I don't forget, or forgive. I asked the Vet why he thinks they do it, his answer was to shrug his shoulders, and say,'some people have hard hearts' but then he is making money out of it isn't he? It is not a hard heart that does this to a defenceless animal, it is 'no heart', and there are way too many of these 'no heart' beings in Cyprus, they are alien to me, and every other normal human being. I don't excuse the 'uneducated' why would you have to learn to love animals? in the case of the Cypriot, an animal does not make money unless it is hunting other animals for money, so what do they do? poison them. I know that they love their children, so when a child dies of Lanate poisoning? who will they blame? themselves? hell no.
