I have not choseen the movie I just heard that it was playing in Cypriot movie festival and was related with the thread!!

I would never rely on a movie or novel to find out what happened on Cyprus. There are plenty of facts and figures out there from credible sources for that.

Novels and movies are for romantic fools easily susceptible to shock and awe which is what they’re looking for in the first place; emotional involvement.

Third I have never said lets just wathc these movies and learn about the truths but movies reach to more people than those sources did and Its a couraga thats been missed in Turkey to make a movie about Greeks in Istanbul..
