I think Turkey has a right of appeal whcih drags the whole process oout a few more years..the only person I know they have paid and even there only in part is Loizidou who doesnt even want to come to the north and claim her property which is waiting for her.

Choked?? dont think so no one gives a shit...they dont even pay the penalities and just defer it for another 10 years.
