 Turkish Cypriot fantasies...

I'm a refugee and besides spending 3 months in a tent got jack-shit (thousands of GC's had spent 15 years in a 3x3 wooden cabin) whereas Turkish Cypriots had around 4 "spare" houses p/family to go round, millions of dollars worth of goods & equipment ransacked from GC businesses, and acres of “free” land you never owned!

So if you want to vomit rubbish go to your toilet not here…

Fail.

God god. Now where have I heafrd that before. It took us 50 years to listen to us and now you cook up another excuse for ignoring us. I look forward to the next 50 years.

Quite happy to listen to you and other northern friends but won't listen to Illegal Settlers. Get rid of them if you want to earn further respect.

How can I put his bill, it was RoC policy to remove the TCs from Cyprus. They almost succeeded. Now there are illegal immigrants in Cyprus and there are people who have settled there ever since time begun.
Now How far do you wan a go back lets set some tolerances shall we. Who is a Cypriot? Even Greeks settled in Cyprus.
For instance my nephew is married to a Turk. They met at Uni in Turkey and settled in Cyprus and have 2 children. So what should my nephew do, send his wife and kids back to Turkey?
It is not as simple as you make it out to be. Sure they have been given land they did not own and some will go back but that’s why we have compensation included in the settlement. If GCs do not lower their expectations, we are heading for another Pink Floyd.

Anyway back to the legitimate poll with legitimate voters which seems to be turning in to a huge defeat for the Partititionist BBF supporters.

You conveniently are ignoring the fact that the delusionists are in the majority.

International law is clear. Born in Cy (both sides) = Cy citizen, all others will have to make due application to the legal government for citizenship as happens the world over.

Some like your nephew's wife will have much stronger cases than others.

So it is simple!

I think you should take on board the findings that said:

"A second poll in Kibris said 63.5 per cent of Turkish Cypriots thought selling off Greek Cypriot properties was wrong."

Oh dear dear me.

You see as strong as a case she may have. She has applied to the RoC and got refused. So now when they arrive at the airport, they have to explain to a 5 year old child that mummy has to go to another queue because those naughty people at the RoC officers keep leaving their heart at home when they come to work.
For a lady who has not benefited from one cent of GC property to be treated like that on a technicality is the shame of RoC. You will find that in the agreement you will have very little say in who goes and who stays. You will find TCs will be able to determine that for themselves and certainly will not allow you to interfere.
When there is a vote in the north, they will vote, so ignore their vote at your peril.

And "62.6 per cent of the participants in the survey said they wanted "two completely separate independent states" Do you know any way of TCs having a separate state without taking land from us?
