Get the Cyprus Mail every day, and the Cyprus Weekly on Fridays, and scan the situations vacant columns. I don't know about Larnaca, but many shops in the centre of Limassol have signs in their windows advertising vacancies for sales staff - although generally speaking you need to know Greek for these jobs. You should get out and about around town and look out for these kinds of notices.
