Not looking for investment properties anymore - Moscow was great from '98-'02 when you could buy @ $700-$900/m2 and hold for 5 yrs. and release @ $3000-7000/m2

Actually just looking to buy a pied-à-terre in Limassol for later use. A tiny 1BR or studio will do. Something which will remain empty 90% of the year and cost no more than EUR 100/mo. in upkeep when not in use.
