Prejudice in Cyprus?

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

I am indeed. Been here for 4 and a half years now. First year was tough, but I promised myself a minimum of 2 years in Cyprus. First year to learn the culture and the way of life here, second year to try and adapt to the way of life, living as the locals. Seems to work for me. Loving every minute of it here!

A newcomer! I moved here in 1975. It takes a while to get used to the place (it only took me 6 months, but it was easier then), but once you accept how things work here you will love it (unless you or your partner are looking for work, which might make it more difficult).

I had a dowry house and at the time I was one of the few experienced (not much, but enough) software people on the island.

Mind you the pay was crap (CYP80 per month!), but then it was OK.

I know FORTRAN alright but not RPG... I guess that would've been for the Central bank or something.

But no, I wouldn’t have a clue where to find you Saturday lunchtime... :)
