U never asked why issues regarding Turkey is in Cyprus Problem section, now why u ask "why is this in the 'Cyprus Problem' section?"

How much Turkey is related with Cyprus Problem that much Greece is related with it, too. It was Greece that blackmailed EU for unilateral accession of "RoC" into EU to sopposedly force TCs into a so-called "European Solution".

Greece has always been together with GCs. Their national cause is same and that is making TCs a mere minority in Cyprus; thus kicking Turkey out of Cyprus and actualize their Hellenistic ideals in Cyprus without any obstacles.

Both Greece together with her babies(GCs) and Turkey together with her babies(TCs) occupying Cyprus. A defacto situation since 1964.

People often compliment me on my good Greek which I learned from my Macedonian grand mother who spoke nothing else. She comes from Kastoria in Macedonia. She would have been surprised to learn she was not Greek.

The first part of this thread tells us there were no Greeks in 1821, then miraculously some Greeks were created out of thin air so they could be exchanged with Bulgarians, Turks etc in the exchange of populations.

General Makrygiannis wrote his memoirs of the Greek war of independence in the language of the time and I can understand it perfectly. Does that mean that I speak Albanian then?

What exactly is the point of the eugenic bullshit you posted above?

Insan,

Be careful of what you read in impressive books and websites. Often bullshit passes as authoritative statement.

Huntingdon in the Clash of Civilisations wrote that Cyprus as part of the Orthodox East would not fit well in Europe because of language and tradition clashes.

Huntingdon of course never bothered to look up even an elementary reference book, otherwise he would have learned that two of the three official languages of Cyprus are English and Greek, which are official EU languages. He also never researched enough to realise that Cyprus law is based on English Common Law, in effect the same system used in the UK, Canada, USA, Australia and other Anglosaxon countries.

So beware of reading while suspending your critical faculties.
