I remember as a young newly brought to London escapee from the Turkish bombs, going to the Cinema (now sadly no longer) near Turnpike Lane to watch "The Sound of Music" some Six times :D

Bliss and normality ... Hitler's Germany such a wholesome analogy for the Turkish Expansionist plans .....
