How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I noticed you misunderstood wrong on another occasion too regarding the enclaves, but man, as you have noticed, everything I say in this forum makes too many flies go crazy, I have to set my priorities right as to which flies I respond to.

The fact is, there were enclaves in every town. The biggest one though was the one splitting Nicosia in two, occupying all its Northern part and extending northwards upto Kyrenia through Kionelli. This enclave was formed on purpose (partly using violence and creating the first GC refugees) before there was even any need for elclaves and before any TC was ever attacked.

We discussed it in the past with evidence. Please look at Cyprus conflict web site. Look at when Kucuk started buying land massively at the North of Nicosia using the money he received from the British before they left as final compensation on Evkaf properties used in Famagusta for the sole purpose of creating the enclave.
I think just a few weeks ago Insan also verified it to be true.

No one should be genuinely suprised that there would be significant changes to the Annan Plan- it was after all a complete Farce of a plan.

If they are going to rely on a referendum to solve the Cyprus problem the plan must at least bare some resemblance to a modern democratic european constitution not something based on Apartheid South Africa. The refugees have to be allowed to saftely return home. Simple. everything else is just filler.

Have you heard about the secret talks between Tassos's representative named Tasos (one s) Jonhnis (Tzionis) and a representative of Talat in Brussels? Papadopoulos flatly denies to meet Talat in person but he quite willingly meets in secret with some obscure representative of Talat. He seems to be the champion of secret diplomacy, yet when Clerides sent the Att. General Alecos Markides to meet some Turkish Cypriots in London in the 90's, Papadopoulos cried "treason" so loud that even the walls heart it. Of course, a patriot like Papadopoulos is entitled to as many secret meetings with the perpetual enemy as he likes, suckers!

i thought it was a "secret" on both sides.

and yes were the suckers bananiot. maybe instead of a plan for reunification you could propose an amount Turkey can give to the RoC to officially purchase nothern Cyprus and solve this problem once and for all?
