Cheers cyfo. I have only ever eaten raw artichoke over here - any advances on the best way to cook it - anyone please? :)

This is the most famous mushrooms in Cyprus is Pleurotus eryngii var ferulae Lanzi you can buy them but very difficult and very expensive the best way is to go and find them yourself but you must know where. Very good recipe grill or fried with eggs wild asparagus and wild artichoke.As for artichoke many ways to cook personaly I like in tava
