Likewise, the organs and officials of the federal government shall not claim a right to issue orders or instructions to the respective organs of the constituent states.”

I am not talking about the above. I would like to see all 18 pages of it.
See what else is in it.
You see, said the blind man to the bishop.

I can just wrap it up in a single sentence for you Y-Fronts…

The indigenous people of Cyprus will NEVER let you have your devious way on this island, and the only thing on offer is to join them so that your community may prosper too, BUT if you cannot join them then don’t even expect to exist as a community in the future.

Still too complicated? Try this…

If you can’t beat them join them but if you can’t join them you’re screwed.

U can try this, G-un-Real...

If u love her accept her equality and live together; if u don't love her, just divorce and let everyone go their own way. U r wasting everyone's valubale time by expecting her to consent the domination of u; either voluntarily or by force. It's just stupid, galimatias.

A federal structure is what was agreed to by makarios/denktash in 1977. For anyone not knowing what federal signifies, it is this, the federal government ie elected one man one vote, supercedes all other laws made in states, cities or playgrounds..The hightest law of the land is federal..anywhere where any law supercedes federal/central law then we are not a federal republic but rather confederate. Stated again the Tc leaders agreed to a federation in 1977, all peace initiatives have been geared towards a federation, now all of a sudden the Tc want to change the rules in midgame. in 1960, after signing the zurich agreements the where The Republic of Cyprus was formed as a democratic state, and in a democracy (obviously) majority rules, they changed the rules and withdrew when the Majority Greeks wanted to add the 13 points to the constitution...and the majority had every right to do so, if they didnt then Cyprus would not be a democracy. There can never be a solution to the Cyprus problem where the majority Greeks are to be oppressed. All the problems started in 1964 when the minority Turks tried to oppress the majority Greeks and suppress their rights as a majority. And the Tc have continued this policy to this day...

The sole aim of Makarios to propose 13 amendments was towards degrading TC community into a minority status. When did we opress GC numerical majority with our equal, political status? What if the numbers of GC/TC population would have been same? What would have changed? Both communities would have oppressed each other with their politically equal status? Galimatias.

This mentality loudly knocks the doors of partition.

We DO NOT love separatists, and the only equality we believe in is at the citizen level.

The Greek Cypriot people are not only indigenous to this land, but they’re also the overwhelming majority, and as proven over the millennia they are the NATURALLY SELECTED people of Cyprus; seeing that you like to bring up Darwin and Dawkins, and swimming against their flow can only lead to extinction.

Ok. Keep struggling for ur cause and prepare a hanky for urself to use during the partition talks. It's really unbelievable how majority of GC community strongly believe that one day TC community would consent the minority status.

The document was leaked by Vasos Lyssarides, I was told, and this is the third time he behaves like this. The National Council is of course a third world practice, just like the Security Council of Turkey. The government should take responsibility for its policy without fear.
