Here are the facts. Cyprus was invaded by Barbarian Turks 2 times. In 1570 and in 1974. After each invasion the Turks kill 1000s of Cypriots. Then they steal our lands and bring Turkish Settlers and they give to them the lands they steal from us. Then they name these Turkish Settlers as Turkish "Cypriots". The real Cypriots revolt against the foreign invaders and fight for their freedom. The Turks use force and kill Cypriots and try to stop Cyprus from being free. The Turks are the problem of Cyprus. The problem was created when they invaded our island and the problem will be solved when Cyprus will be free from these invaders.

Before the Ottomans, let alone actually making anything, you couldn't even practice your own religion.

Ottomans never had to steal anything in the way you mean it, they had their Millet system, where idiots like you were allowed to be free and rule themselves for the first time, have your own courts and religion in return for taxes, that's how the Ottomans managed to rule all places they went.

You clearly lack a great deal of historical facts regarding our past.
