because its our island and your the minority. why dont the russians create their own state in cyprus to because they cant accept being a minority? see how many ways we can split cyprus into. you dont see any other cyprus minorities complaining...

if tcs or turks want their own state they have one in turkey which they stole yet again from greeks "istanbul" why does turkey have to kill and rape thousands to make their own state in cyprus when they already have a turkey.

How much Cyprus u think belongs to u, that much we think Cyprus belongs to us. Forget abt forcing TCs to accept minority status. It will never happen. If u r sure that u will never accept TC community as a politically equal state partner; u must force ur leadership to find another solution instead wasting his time with the so-called solution talks.

well if 18% population out of 100% is NOT a minority please explain what it is? does that make the russians also NOT a minority? sure they are allover the place now probably more of them then there is tcs...

i agree tcs have equal rights one man one vote. not 1 tc 4 votes thats making them more then a minority trying to make the minority to have 50% power of whats not theirs..

when turks give kurds 50% power in turkey then they can cry and complain they dont have 50% power as a minority...

whys it so hard to understand that tcs are a minority. its simple if tcs dont like it they can leave, like in london there is thousands of them there they dont push for 50% power in england.. and i believe that if turkey had the power to they would force their ways in england and demand 50% power and have some twisted excuse like oh england is a garantore power in cyprus so we should have 50% power in england and claim not to be a minority

As a Cypriot first and feremost you are a part of the majority of the Cypriot people . If however youa re first Turks and then Cypriots then you are a minority , it is imperative that the people of this island make their choice , they are either Cypriots first and therefore the majority or they are a minority .
Proclaim your Cypriotness loud and clear , demand the removal of the foreign occupying forces from our soil and become a part of the majority.
I'm a part of the majority here in the UK , yet I'm not English , Irish Welsh or Scottish just British .

UN clearly mentioned TC's politically equal status in one of it's resolutions and emphisized it in some other UN resolutions. The envisaged political status for TCs in Annan Plan was based on political equality of 2 communities. This plan was backed by all UN states and US. Yo tell me now which states or international organizations r against political equality of TCs.

Miltiades, please stop dreaming. The only thing makes me call myself a Cypriot is that i was born in Cyprus. There's nothing else and in the current situation it does not matter whether if i consider myself first a Turk or Greek or Japanese or Martian then Cypriot. We haven't passed through a nation building process to become Cypriots as a nation which has a single common cause. It has always been clear that GCs have their own national cause and TCs have their own national cause. Right? Why u ignoring this fact and trying to drag me into something that does not exist? It's really hard to understand what u r trying to do. I am not a lil kid not being able to see and analyze what is what?
