If its just a matter of 3-4 meters get a cat-5 cable and enjoy the full speed of what you're paying for instead of crappy wifi access.

for the ethernet right? so you plug into the modem/router..

i am right next to mine and i rather use the wireless being on a lap top speed stays the same..

the only time i ntoiced a difference is when using 20mbit internet, my wireless speed would drop to 10 but when pluggred iin with ethernet iw ould recieve the full 20mbit

Just go to an electronics store and ask for a 4m “Cat-5” cable if you want to go wired. Then when you get home just plug one end into your laptop and the other into the back of the Speedtouch.

PS: Make sure the length is right.

If what you’re saying is that wireless can reach the same speed as wired then you are wrong. If not then what are you saying?
