Halil, i think cooking them in pressure cooker by adding some olive oil, onions and herbs would be a healthier and more zestful choice.

I've never eaten village Horozi re Halil. Hope one day we can arrange a meeting and enjoy with all those rare but excellent foods.
it taste great .... especialy with magarına and old hellim .
do you have small cooker in your place ? we can make it in the shop as well and also all the boys will eat . Horoz will be ready before it comes to shop . just cook the magarına and heat the meat broath .(et suyu) add some hellim top of the magarına that's all gardash .... see the şenlik afterwards !
