Perhaps a kind of 'Manti', but they are rather large. Like a bourekia filled with dried cheese. Sorry, I dont know what the Mongolians call them. Check out your resources.(where you got the picture from).

I love Mongolian cuisine very much. Especially Mongolian Grill.
