These are more Chinese or far-south east Asian foods. Had you included, Kumiz, cokelek, and kaymak etc, I would say Turkic foods. Your list seems erroneous.IMO.

I have seen some Kirgz in Kerinia, but no Mongolians. I wonder where they would be?

I doubt it. Turkish cuisine is far better and clorful than these.

Only the bits stolen from the Greeks (and maybe some Arabs 8) ).

Keep drinking the Yak milk ... can't beat co-evolution :wink:
