I have some moungra that is nicely fermenting at the moment, I can bring some of that!

You take uncooked bread dough which you leave around 7 days then you mix in cauliflower and mustard seeds (sinapi). You then leave it for another 7 days and then you eat it. You probably have a different name for it.

i never heard it before .

how about bread dough ? doesn't get sour after14 days .

if i am not wrong we call Lapsana for Sinapi .

It does get sour. It is ready to eat after 14 days, but will last for a couple of months.

You sure you never heard of this, they sell it in the supermarkets here just before Green Monday?
