I should have got the Mantar, but not the Yumurta. I presume otu means fried?

you can not find the yumurta otu . we , the TC's are using this word .

i will give you the English name for it ....i have to go now to get my airplane ticket .

you are correct Bananiot in Greek it is called Strouthouthkia .

Yes halil, but when are we going to actually taste them? I think the fileds are full of them now with this rain. Can we arrange a strouthouthkia party at Kirni and perhaps invite GR and DT? We will not ask them to pick their own.

how about i brought them and i cooked Ayrelli's and Strouthouthkia's at GR home and Iceman will bring his dog with us as guard .

DT will serve the food ....GR will do washing up ..... u and Iceman will be observers and picturing the historical cooking of Cypriots .

I am ready for next weekend !
