Rezoning of TC land.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Another pollocks thread.

Planning zones are alpha, beta, gamma and Z (livestock?) with numbered sub-divisions .. 1, 2 etc

Look up the plans attatched to kochans or on the notice board at your local Muhktar's office.

How would zoning be arranged so that it can exclude TC land when in most cases it is right next door to GC land?

You have not thought this one through.

In Larnaca, Paphos and Limassol, TC houses and shops are in a built up area, not possible to alter its zoning. Same goes for most other land I know of, ie the villages which are already in a built up area therefore classified as building land. Fields etc are like adjacent GC fields what applies to one will have to apply to the other.

Zoning tricks will not work in Cyprus.

As far as I know, many GC lands are occupied by TC's, Brits or whatever and there is the same story in the South but not as many as in the North. This reality makes me think both had considered that unification would never hold place, otherwise they really are idiots to have done such an unrecoverable mistake...

The only ones who live in TC properties in the free part of Cyprus are refuges because you stole their own homes.
