turkey have openly anounced they want partition though turkeys idea of peace is partition two states... and they only have intrest now their eu is on the line if cyprus was not in eu and turkey was joined europe by now you really think they would nbe intrested in talks with cyprus?..
It was Talat's decision and it will all be clear after the election what it all means.
