The Turkish Cypriot Side envisions to close the second chapter of full-fledged talks on property within two more meetings maximum.
Reports say the property chapter is to be closed for now and the two sides will re-negotiate the rest over the issue when further progress is achieved on other chapters.
Some sources say President Mehmet Ali Talat and the Greek Cypriot Leader Dimitris Christofias have agreed on the closure of the second chapter for the time being.
The next chapter of comprehensive negotiations is expected to be the `European Union and Economy`.
Its unbelievable isn't it?

I can't wait for the specific chapter to be discussed yet, to determine who gets to be called a LEADER or the PRESIDENT, because Halil is unable to think for himself to tell us.!

Just refer to Talat as unelected " muhktar " - more than he deserves.

Halil, the news to me suggests otherwise. It sounds as though they are close otherwise they wouldn't have set it aside as it is one of the most important chapters.
If you can find out what the gossip is on the percentages on the table would be much appreciated. The guys in the background in Bayrak must have some info, wink wink, nudge nudge say no more.
