I agree with the first part of what you say VP but not the suspension bit cos that would be a political decision and the ECJ will only be concerned with legal matters.


remains to be seen but I think it wont be as the Gcs expect.

If this is possible in court, then what is the purose of the UN. GCs are in for a surprise.

Knucklehead the UN already decided...resolutions ring any bells?...or you seemed to think the Anan plan is the UN... :lol:

The dispute is not about who ones the land, that's been established...but if an EU state can enforce its rulling in another EU state...get it knucklehead...Nothing to do with the UN... :lol:

I think the tcs along with knucklehead, are in for some root awakening... :lol:
