Horror on new Google Earth 5.0 Beta

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Horror on new Google Earth 5.0 Beta

Postby iceman » Fri Feb 20, 2009 3:41 pm

Just downloaded the new v5.0 beta Google Earth to try.

This version has a feature which enables you to go back in time with historical imagery
View your neighborhood, home town, and other familiar places and see how they've changed over time
See the impact of recent trends like suburban sprawl or global warming
Set the length of time and exact location that you want to see...

I was horrified to compare recent image of Kyrenia region with the image of five years ago.

If it does not cover the Hellenic period, I for one will not be downloading it. How was it allowed to be released, was certain hellenic members of this forum asleep?

Soon Cyprus will be like Greece, you will be afraid to stand still anywhere in case someone comes along and casts you in cement.

If you need a licence to have a gun you should need two licences to possess cement.
