It amazes me how far detached you are with what is going on. Papadopoullos is not refusing any more for a dialogue. He has informed already the UN vice SG Kiran Pretencarst of the changes he wants to see in the A-plan. The UN informed the Turkish side about Papadopoullos changes and his willingness to engage into talks. Guess who is now refusing the talks based on Papadopoullos required changes and proposals? The Turkish /TC side!

Obviously Kifeas you have not conducted any in depth analysis on this particular matter as you will soon realize that both the UN and Turkey feel there is no common ground and that Papdops demands are so extreme that it is not compromise but Papadops maximum demands stance that will result in another failure that both Turkey and UN want to avoid. Papadop is playing to the home crowd for re-election he has no real interest in a solution you to will realize this, because I feel you are intelligent enough it just takes time and that time will end when Papadop finishes his term in office being no nearer a solution than when he started. So his demands are a form of not wanting to seriously talk about a solution lets hope the USA UN and EU will take the right steps towards the north that will ensure the GC community that Papdop is not acting in their best interests but being very selfish, by the way wheres AKEL in all theis are they alive ??? or do they just agree with everything like sheep, wheres all the brotherly love crap they were spouting out before???

Don't be surprised by VPs ignorance Kifeas. The TC and Turkish media kept complete silence over Prendercasts talks. So they don't actually know that Papadopoulos gave the list of changes he wants to discuss. Now as to who refuses to discuss, thats another question.

Actually, there was an interview with Republic of Cyprus Foreign Minister, Yakovu(?), today in Kibris Newspaper and he talked about T-Pap's giving a list of changes he wants to discuss. So we're not as ignorant as you think.

The changes about annan-plan papadopulos is proposing has been already in TC and Turkish press. This was already disscussed in the forum as well.

Anyway you are the expert about the Turkish media in addition to artitechture. How lucky this forum is!

You mean you only found out over week after all this was being discussed by everyone else. Wow, I guess that must be progress!
