Well, I am not quite certain. There is an insinuation in the gossip columns of "Politis" today. I think it says that the application has not been examined yet but readers are led to believe that it is left to rust on the table. By the way, I happen to know Durturan personally and I remember last time I met him by chance in a restaurant, he was beaming with delight because he had just received news fron the States that his son had succesfully finished his studies. I wish him luck with his son application, albeit, it appears he has a taller mountain to climb now.

P.S. Glad you liked it Kifeas. I think it highlights the complexity of the situation we find ourselves in. It reminds me also of the unholy alliance between the die hard Communists and Lepenists against the European Constitution, but this is also another huge issue, whicever way you look at it.
