Hiya Umit, good to hear from you; hope all well your end.

I like Brown Bothers wines too :) Wolf Blass is also quite pleasant but avoid Hardy's - overrated and overpriced IMHO!

Do you get any Cypriot or South African wines where you are?
If so, try Tsiakkas (spelling?) or Two Oceans - both value for money and quite tasty too! :)

Hi there bubbles, Over here you can find anything if you look for it. I am only just getting used to the stuff, I reckon I'd have to drink quite a lot though to get drunk.

What is with this gay abandon of the CyProb! And now drinking Ozzy wines?

WTF

Where does "gayness" come into the equation. I just don't feel like giving a shit at the moment. I look at Australia with a zillion different people of different nationalities living in harmony. Then I look a frekin Cyprus where we wanna cut each others throats. I don't get it!! P.S I am under the influence of Alcohol.

Stop drinking your problems away .....

I'm not drinking my problems away silly. I know where I stand and believe my problems may be minute compared to the stuff a lot of people are going through. I'll just finish the bottle and crash on the bed.

Naa, I just enjoyed it being a lot more subtle than other alcoholic beverages. I usually drink a lot of Raki and Whiskey.

All wines taste the same to me! Good to see that Umit has come out of the closet.

Don't know much about Australian wines, it is French or Italian for me, everything else seems sacrliege.

So here goes- general areas that make good wine, Cote du Rhone, Medoc, Pay d'Oc, Alsace, Bourgogne, and last comes Bordeaux (too watery for my taste), Chianti, Piemonte, for Italian. Look for those place names on the bottles and you cannto go far wrong.

I hear Australians drink Shiraz, which is a type of carpet. I would love to see how t hey do that.
