I have always argued against Imperialism and American/UK/Israeli politics. Greece is hated so much around here for this very reason

Not that it matters, but since you want to drag the TC's into another one of your sad attempts to attack us and trying to cover it up by hoping to sound like you are actually pondering over something profound, I thought I should point out that you are far from it and a big fool if you have thought otherwise

You are not asking IF we are self-centered or not, that's just the threads title.

In the opening post of the thread you actually answer that yourself and establish that we are indeed self centered, you then go on to ask why that is?

So what really is your question?

And again in what context are you asking this?

Do you mean that we, as in the TC forumers never come to argue and defend these people, or do you mean that we never take part as an army in this cause to defend people abroad?

My initial understanding was the former hence why you were so puzzled by my answer i take it.

That's obviously open for debate, but if by "most Muslim countries" you mean the money driven, back stabbing, Arabs then we have had our fair share of deceptive "Muslim brotherhood" of the Arabs, I say don't count on it too much

However my first real guess would be the fact that since the people of the TRNC couldn't give 2 shits about Islam + the fact that trade with us is banned, its no surprise you would be preferred instead.

Thank god though because the last thing we need here is the Bin Laden followers clinging on to our people for their scummy cause

I really can't see what you are expecting GR. Have you ever asked any TC's on the forum about their views on the topic. You have started a few threads on the topic with intent to bash American Imperialism. Any comments anti-american comments you make usually end up as a "pissing competition" between you and Miltiades. If you are really interested what most TC's here think about the topic why the hell don't you ask them.

GR what sort of support are you meaning? Financial, political? I know that Turkcell asked for donations via text messages to aid the people of Gaza. Most of the TC's I know, wouldn't support a cause purely because of its "moslem" connections - but because it's a worthwhile cause. Turkcell also asked for donations for the Sunami a few years ago. There were also demonstrations regarding the Gaza conflict that many attended, but for humanitarian reasons -not religious.
