unfortunately the leaders involved at the moment don't have the vision for democracy.
I beileve that they have but both of them are so scared about the possible critics that they will recieve from their community If they agree on anything that is not in favour of them. That makes it hard for both of them. It is not easy to find a solution that will make both communities happy...
