Do the locals actually take their tests? Or do they have a family member who works at the test centre - and just passes them :O)

lol z4..when my friend went for her provisional test they passed her when she should not have been passed..

but it does not take much to pass, when i took my test it was easy i answerd a few road sign questions before getting int he car i drove around for a bit and he passed me .. but we did hit a bit of traffic.

as i understand driving in england is 17? here you have to be 18.. you can have learners licence at 17 though
