Hi,

this topic has prob been talked about before. i keep experiencing a problem where whenever i go to use the internet my modem has logged itself out of the Cyta Portal system and this can be annoying when you have to keep logging back in each time. for some reason this only seems to happen in my place in Nicosia but the connection i have in Paphos is prefect and only logs out when i am not there for a long period of tme. is this the modem itself timing out? or is this the way the portal system is set up?. i think the portal system is a joke and hate it. is there any way of keeping the modem logged on?. i know if you upgrade to a business account it stays connected.

This never happens to me in Limassol. I never get logged out. I know that with some old USB modems you had to login every time. But I think those modems are not even used anymore. Did you contact Cyta about this?
