hi i have studio fully furnish that i would like to rent.
it can be daily 25 euro weekly special price 150 euro or monthly 450 euros
inlcuding utilities

That's a bit pricey,

I have a brandnew (no one has lived in the flat yet) two bedroom furnished flat for rent with air-con in Larnaca for 550 Euro with utilities.

because i mean utilities water and electricity included
are you also offering water and electricity.??
