turkcyp u r so right.......i think this constitution is dead...hopefully uk will refuse to have a constitution and give to it the final blow......europeans are not against a stronger united europe,but they try to unite countries with significant differences in wealth and way of functioning....other issues should be addressed first before a stronger political union

i think they should have put the EU constitution to referenda BEFORE the EU becmae 25 cause aside from malta and cyprus all the other countries are worse than the original poor EU countries (greece, spain, portugal)

i think the EU is a joke. to many free-loaders. it should be more like football, the top 15 countries are there, and then the others can join when there are ready.
