I read all. and I learned new thing like this

"So is it ridiculous to take into account the human rights of the two GC who were murdered in the TC village of Gunyeli in 1958? or how about the human rights of the young GC teenagers who were harrassed and picked by TC policeman in the mid 50's, with no evidence of wrong doing, and subsequently tortured into giving any kind of information on EOKA? "

but you dont need to accuse us(Turkey) something like this. Do you think people of Turkey love israel or USA? We need them and I dont like to blame for this. Because I am sure, If greeks wear our bots they will do same too.

I dont blame the normol Turkish people for the actions of their military ran government.

But i do think it's stupid to blindly stick up for the Turkish government in whatever they do in Cyprus.

The single example of a strong alliance with Isreal is enough to show that they are not so noble in there actions.

Of course they are not so noble!
who is so noble with the international relation? why do you think Turkey allied with USA and Israel? Because we love their ways? A country and goverment cannot be so noble.

MicAtCyp wrote: I find this accusation TOTALLY groundless. The judicial system in Cyprus was the only part of Government that remained ALWAYS impartial and fair. If you can point me just one case that a TC lost a trial on grounds of ethnic discrimination then I will accept your hypothesis. The fact is there was none.

You really think that TC had no reason to doubt that they would not get justice in the RoC courts, when the highest court in the land made a ruling (about municipalites) and the Makarios government simply refused to abide by it's legal rulings (leading I might add to the resignation of the ruling indpendent supreme court judge) ? Even if the affected TC could have got a ruling in their favour from an all GC run justice system, what good is that if the goverment itself had already shown that it would simply disregard such judgments as and when it wished?
