Yes, the fires have been raging this weekend with the 45 degree high on Saturday there has been 25 confirmed deaths in the Gippsland area, ( not far from Melbourne ) . I work part-time at a Electronics Retailer in a town just on the outskirts of Melbourne (Sunbury), we get many country folk coming into the store. Last week we had a frenzy of people buying CB radios and Scanners, we sold out completely. I wanted to drive into the country this weekend but it's not worth the risk.

I was joking about not remembering. I'm just waiting for school to restart and trying to configure my timetable. The weather changed today over here in Melbourne, yesterday it was around 47 degrees and today only around 25 with mild rain. I am still trying to get used to this sort of weather. My uncle tells me that it is very cold in London.

Temperature here is very good. A max of 2 degree Celcius (TWO). More wonderful weather due next week. Down to minus 10 in places.
