your conception of turkey begging to join the eu is way off the mark.public opinion towards the eu is changing in turkey and if turkeys aspirations to join the eu finally fails( which i think will) the possibility of the peacekeeping force leaving cyprus will go forever and the result will be that you have cut off your nose to spite etc etc

So the lies are that there are two states in Cyprus, and the facts are that there is an unrecognised illegally occupied section of Cyprus, for which the EU and Christofias has said, has to be cleared of invading Turkish troops, if the begging of Turkey is going to be rewarded, to allow it to eventually achieve its decades old goal, of EU membership.

So let's say, 650 Turdyk exist as 950? Eldyk exist in South Cyprus; besides 12.000 TC national guard exist as 12000 GC national guard exist in Southern Cyprus... What would have changed?

In this occassion i'd like to ask when TPap, Kyprianou, Makarios, Klerides adn Kristofyas was talking about the "national interests" and "national cause" which nation they were reffering to? Please enlighten me...
