If you or your family, regarded yourselves as TCs (pre 1974), but you live in / visit the Turkish occupied area of Cyprus; then you are either:

1.) still a TC
or
2.) have reverted to type ... Turk.

How can you identify which you are?

Simple ....
If you call the northern part: Turkish-occupied Cyprus, then you are still a TC. Congratulations!

If however you call it "TRNC" (or that other more Turkish form) ... then you have reverted to Turk.

No ifs nor buts. You cannot have it both ways. Only Turkey and Turks approve the label "TRNC" for the said occupied area!

No replies necessary ... just wanted to let some confused Turks know what I think.

U r faking as usual. Actually u accept the existence of TRNC but with this kind of distractions and by spreading the hatred u r trying to keep the status-quo and after a while u dream to maintain partition for the interests of urself and ur self-interest group.

My point is that TURKS don't belong in Cyprus, just TC's. So any contradiction that you try to bring up to justify YOUR thoughts on this matter is irrelevent.

You have made your choice. No gradings as to whether one is good, or other bad, necessary. It simply tells us that you are Turkish, and not TC.

But please realise that if you wish to be accepted as a Turk (and now that is how I will view you), you have to accept that Cyprus is not for you because you only see it as part of Turkey ... and I cannot have that "dear"!

Except a group of ultra nationalist Turks, no Turks claimed that Cyprus belongs to Turks. What's the difference of a Turk and a TC? With ur logic, after some 300 years later u would embrace the current settlers as TCs.
