There is no catch at all. It is a simple process known as lease back.You give us your property for two years and we pay the mortgage. During this period we have control of the property. Its not for anyone who wants to live in their house but more for people living in UK who need help with theri investment properties.

So I was right then. The property is signed over to you for 2 years. I'm assuming that you'll rent it out. What happens to any damage caused by the tennants?
