Environmental Modification Techniques...

With the recent allegations that weather manipulation techniques are being applied by the British on Cyprus causing the draught, I thought I’d do some research to find out what it is, can it be done, etc, so here is the result of my findings…

UN Resolution 31/72 was adopted as far back as 1976 banning all types of
“environmental modification techniques”…

Modern Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques…
(they have basically separated "good use" from "bad use" of weather manipulations)

Thx for ur research. Good work indeed. I'm sure, "good use" defines what is in benefit of globalization and "bad use" what is against globalization.... It seems, it wold be better to keep pace with globalization, end the animosity(Hellenes and Turks) and come together as a politically equal community partners under a united Cyprus. Goodwill and honesty wold lead us where we desire to be.
