I wish I had become rich living in the sun my friend I have worked since leaving school at 15 and even now at 53 years of age am working a 55-60 hour week to pay my way.

I have certainly not chose to ignore the Zurich agreement which lets be honest was pretty much forced upon Cyprus by other nations.

And what is this about targeting me ??? My properties in cyprus are both legal with title deeds issued etc So tell me what you will target me for I would be most interested in this threat.

I stand by my statement re Brits purchasing stolen property until you can give me evidence to the contrary

If those in the TRNC are doing wrong then so are you Richard..You are a racketeer in a war zone, according to the "RoC"....You are working and living in a country that was stolen from me...You are enjoying the fruits of that country when I am not....My family and I were forced out of Cyprus so that people like you can come and live and work at my expense and you critisise others for doing he same in another part of Cyprus....A hypocrite and a thief mate....As I say...I am taking legal advise and if anything can be done then it will be.......

I have property in the ROC which is fully paid for ....But ....wait for it ....
I earn my living in the UK just like you mind you are right when you say I make my living in a war zone as it feels like that round my area sometimes.

I have not criticised anyone for working in the 'trnc' merely criticised those who have bought stolen properties ...they and the persons who sold them are the thieves Zan according to all international law (bar Turkey)

So when you look at the legalities of an EU citizen working in an EU country buying property in an EU country perhaps you could have a look at the aforementioned illegalities i have mentioned.

You paid for it and it has appreciated....My land my earnings....The fact that the "RoC" should never have gone into the EU is only now being realised...Too late I know but still......If there is a legal way I can prosecute I will.....You guys are not exempt......Greek property or TC property...The wole of Cyprus is Cypriot property and you guys are enjoying my privileges....It is no different to racketeers buying up cheep property in the Gaza strip all thanks to the Israelis...You simply should not be there.....I will await the legal advise.

Zan, you are also a British citizen and could, if you so wished, come to the RoC as an EU national and enjoy exactly the same benefits and privileges as other British permanent residents do.

He could also get his RoC citizenship and enjoy everything like every other citizen. The problem is that for some racist TCs like Zan, having the same rights as everybody else is not enough. They want to have more than every other citizen just because he is "Turkish Cypriot".
