I have just sold a house in Limassol Discrict and have just had the deeds tranferred into the new owners name. Transfer of deeds took 18 working days, is this a record ?

I would say thats a minor miracle these days Purdey..
However my first purchase in Limassol in 1981 took 14 days from viewing to having moved in and received deeds..... 'Happy days'
