Slap in the face for Papadop!!!!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Bananiot wrote:Rafaella, do you think we could ever convince a third party that the TC's who said "yes" to the solution proposed by the UN do not really care for a final setlement and the GC's who said "no" are the ones that really want a solution?

The Tcs had absolutely no reason to vote against the plan. Why would they vote No? Even the cost of the solution would have been paid by the Gcs! They would have been stupid to vote against the plan.
Since they wanted a solution so much why it took them 30 years to start their demonstrations for a solution?
They were preparing a demonstration all these years? ...or is it the scent of the European air?

Once again another person who blames the Gcs for voting No :? Though you fail to mention or even realise WHY the Gcs voted agaist this solution. ...if it was fair then I, as a refugee, together with thousands of other Gc would have voted Yes.

Bananiot wrote:Is there a single leader who beleives today that Talat is intransigent?

Who's blocking the EU aid to Tcs? The stubborn Talat.
Who's is not blocking the sale of Gc properties to foreigners? The stubborn Talat.
Who is ridicoulusly accusing the Gcs for going legal agaist the thieves of their properties? The stubborn Talat.

Bananiot wrote:Is there anyone out there that thinks that Papadopoulos is sincere about wanting a solution? If you know of any examples please inform us.

Papadopoulos didn't take the decision to reject the plan on his own. The 76% of the Gc population decided.
There was a referendum, in such cases you either vote Yes or No. By now everybody knows why the Gcs rejected such a plan and especially those who made the plan according to their measures.
But anyhow I will ask Papadopoulos and I will inform you

You may have told Kifeas but I have also told him about the past endeavours of your hero and I am still waiting for him to acknowledge or deny the involvement of Papadopoulos in the murder of leftists during the EOKA period and his key involvement in the "Organisation" that struggled since the early 60's to partition our island. Of course, your learned response was "who elected him to be the Vice President of Akritas?" but you can tell the quality of the master by his ... dog.

the only ones who struggled to partition the island were those who lobbied in favor of the Annan Plan.

No Bananiot!
It is you that has to prove the involvement of Papadopoullos in the murder of leftists. Since when someone has to prove his innocence in this country? The one who has to prove the guilt of someone, is the one who brings up the accusations. You for instance.

Papadopoulos went by the code name "Defkalion" during the EOKA period and gave the green light for the executionists to to go about their murdering spree. This is very well documented in many books and if you do not want to see the truth then it's your problem.

Magithrill reckons that "the only ones who struggled to partition the island were those who lobbied in favor of the Annan Plan". I know of a certain man who cried on TV and told his people to reject the plan. His name is Rauf Denktas and he argued that the plan meant the end of the turkish presence on the island. As soon as the results were made known he sighed "thank god the GC's voted no".

Bananiot,
If you are certain that what you say is true and that there is such evidence, then you should speak out publicly and not just hide behind anonymity in this forum and spread slanders. But you will not do such a think because you already know that you have absolutely no evidence and you even know that what you say it's just a lie. I challenge you to say that publicly if you believe its true.
