palio ,

than compare the TC's and GC's gun powers before the invation .

many times in this forum it has been asked to TC's why the TC's did not resists against the ''invaders.'' to ask this question looks most of you does not know anything about 74 .

as soon as couped has been done most of the TC's were infear. What will happened . Speacial occasione was given ..... red alerts in TC's enclaves.

at 20 july 1974 morning as soon as landing started all the TC's enclave areas put under the heavy cannon and tanks fires .These places were Hamidmandrez , Gönyeli ,Boğaz ,Ağırdağ ,Pınarbaşı ,Göçeri and Dağyolu.

All the villages were under the heavy gun fires .It is easy for you to confirm this information from your fathers or uncles who were at that top of the fivefingers mountains or villages of Aymarina ,Yılmazköy ,Alayköy and area of Nicosia airport . I belive same actiones has been done at same times in Paphos ,Larnaka ,Limassol and Famagusta areas too .

And you are telling me no TC'S has been get killed under this fires . Just they have been captured for exchange purposes ..... We weren't at moon at time .....
Lots of things happened in Cyprus SİRS.....It did happened to Greek Cypriots and it did happened to Turkish Cypriots too ..... By trying hiding the truths does not help at all ....It does not help to me or to you ....

fortunatly for me i was born in 83 way after th einvasion the year trnc was declared a seperate state...

so as you can imagine i only know from what books and what i am told.. or read

or actual videos fromt he war but i am sure the videos dont tell half as much as actually having been alive and in cyprus before/during/after the war

So halil ... "Kyrenia" said there were ZERO TC casualties from Turkish soldiers. You are now saying "it did happened to Turkish Cypriots too" ... the same as it happened to GCs (several thousand slaughtered by Turks).

Therefore, how many TCs were killed at the hands of the Invading Turkish forces in 1974?

Only i know during the seconed operation 1 Greek Phantom bombed our village .There was no casualties . He bombed the chickens barracks ( may be he thought it was a military barrack ) . It was unbeliveable how those chickens were yelling and everywhere was burning ..... months and months there was a smelled of those chickens .
By the way now owner of the that chicken farm owner is very rich now .

When I said in another post the Turkish Pilots were better than Greek Pilots, I may have said in a light hearted way. You will find that the TAF has great respect from almost all other nato memebrs.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the TAF bombed their own military ships in a mix-up.?

One pilot is allowed one mistake surely. There is always exception to all the rules. However, there may be other explanation for the ship.
