Well they are not Official High Commission leaflets.
What do you mean by they are giving them out? Has someone just left them for people to pick up?
Why don't you point this leaflet out to one of the Officials?

They are not official BHC leaflets.
The are apparently in a rack with a load of official BHC leaflets.
Someone else picked it up and gave it to me, so I didn't have a chance to complain myself.
