It is strange that Mr H vanished into the channel tunnel promising to get back in touch once he was able to re-establish contact on his Blackberry, only to vanish. Is this a replay of the Murder on the Orient Express?

That Nick Kochan theory is a complete red herring. Study his website: I posted the link elsewhere. Nick Kochan is the author of several respected books, including a best-selling study of money laundering. The character who was masquerading as MrH was in a totally different league.
