Beautiful short film, and very humbling as well. Just goes to show that we are often an inpatient lot, and have no time to value the important things.

One thing bothers me though....did the old man stick it to the son on purpose to make him feel crap?

Probably, that's what us old buggers do.

We are just trying to get our own back for all the crap we had to deal with from them!

The father is still raising his child. Someday his son will have a son and the lesson will be invaluable.
