Question?? why are Cypriots so proud to be Cypriots? they are living on half an Island, there big ideas are copying the ENGLEZI and then taking the piss out of them behind there back (do not know how they manage to do that lol).

They rip people off, they have no rhythm when trying to dance, there singing is a disgrace and no other countries involves them in anything unless there is something in it for them and last but not least, they remind every one of the Burbs, remember that comedy movie? Tom Hanks? there just soooo misreable not that there is any thing they should be cheerful about..

Why does this stupid debate always start here?

A Cypriot is a Cypriot that goes without saying....The Greek Cypriots are also ethnic Greeks who live on Cyprus and Turk Cypriots are ethnic Turks who live on Cyprus.

BUT we are all CYPRIOTS !!! Of course and proud of it..... That said that does not take away our Hellenism as Greek Cypriots. If you are trying to say we are not Greeks in an ethnic sense than you have serious identity problems. We are proud to be both Cypriot and Greek...Hence Greek Cypriot..

Naturally as Hellenes we would celebrate Greece's Euro victory...Just like we consider the Greek flag and anthem part of our identity...............
